PRIVACY PAGE
Last updated: 07/28/2026
NO LUC operates www.noluc.store. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you as a customer in the United States and Canada.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Shipping and billing address
- Payment information (processed by our payment provider — see Section 3; we do not store full card numbers)
- Order history and communications with customer service
- Account login details, if you create an account
- Information you submit via contact forms, reviews, or promotions
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages visited, time spent on site, referring URLs (via cookies and analytics tools)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
Information from third parties:
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor
- Delivery status from shipping carriers
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and customer service
- Communicate about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, support)
- Send marketing emails or SMS, where you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Improve the Site, our products, and the shopping experience
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting records)
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as needed to run the business:
- Payment processing: Shopify Payments, who process payment on our behalf.
- Shipping carriers: USPS , UPS , FED EX , to deliver your order.
- Service providers: Email marketing platforms, analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), and hosting/e-commerce platform providers (e.g., Shopify), who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal purposes: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers.
- Business transfers: If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Social commerce platforms: We sell products through Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shop. When you make a purchase through these native checkout features, your order and payment information is collected and processed directly by Meta (Instagram/Facebook) or TikTok under their own privacy policies, in addition to ours. We do not control how these platforms handle data collected through their checkout.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not run paid advertising pixels (such as Meta or TikTok ad-tracking tools) that share your browsing data with third parties for targeted advertising. However, because we use Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shop, purchases made through those platforms' native checkout are subject to Meta's and TikTok's own data practices — see Section 4.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use the Site, including through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality (e.g., your cart may not save items).
Shopping through Instagram or TikTok: If you buy from us via Instagram Shopping or TikTok Shop, your experience — including any cookies, tracking, and checkout data — is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and cookie practices, not this one. We only receive the order and shipping details needed to fulfill your purchase. Review Meta's Privacy Policy or TikTok's Privacy Policy for how they handle your data on their platforms.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including order history for accounting and tax purposes — and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your Privacy Rights
If you are a U.S. resident:
A growing number of U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) give residents rights over their personal information, which may include the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you
- Access a copy of that information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale/sharing" of personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@noluc.store. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
If you are a Canadian resident:
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Know why we collect, use, or disclose your personal information
- Access your personal information and request corrections
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe we've mishandled your information
To exercise these rights, contact us at Admin@noluc.store.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16, depending on applicable state law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including relying on PCI-compliant payment processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Because we ship to and serve customers in both the U.S. and Canada, personal information may be transferred to and processed in a country other than the one in which it was collected, including the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
