Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• We cover return shipping for first-time customers to ensure your confidence in shopping with us. Repeat customers may receive store credit or discounted return shipping as part of our loyalty program.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
• Store credit customers may receive an additional 10% bonus as a thank-you for shopping with us again.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or style, you can return your item for store credit and reorder at your convenience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at No.luc.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
