Welcome to No Luc . These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.noluc.store, including browsing, creating an account, and purchasing products. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. 3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizing, and descriptions accurately, but we don't guarantee that your device's display will reflect true colors, and slight variations between garments are normal

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been placed — in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund for any canceled order.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments we do not store your full payment card details. All sales are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

5. Purchases via Instagram Shopping & TikTok Shop

If you purchase through Instagram Shopping or TikTok Shop's native checkout rather than directly on our Site, your transaction is also governed by that platform's own terms of service and buyer policies, in addition to these Terms where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our logo, brand name, product photography, designs, text, and graphics — is owned by No Luc or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

7. User-Generated Content & Social Media

If you submit reviews, comments, or tag us in photos/videos featuring our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share that content across our marketing channels, including our website and social media, as described in our Store Policies. You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you have permission to share it, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

You may not post content on or in connection with the Site that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Luc and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or garment care outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law in your province or state.

You agree to indemnify and hold No Luc harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit that infringes on another person's rights.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own state or province (including Canadian provinces) if you're a consumer located there.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located inAri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement
